In 1997, T.S.R. Training, Service & Repair Inc. was created by Tim and Susan Paczesny in Central Lake, MI.. The original goal of T.S.R. was to supply the Wire Harness Industry with common wear parts and technical service for the Komax brand wire processing machines. T.S.R. has achieved that goal by offering customers more appropriate prices and superior customer service.

In 1998, T.S.R. earned a distributorship for Mecal SRL, Italy distributing Terminal Applicators, Terminal Presses & Stripper Crimper attachments. Due to vast customer needs, T.S.R. also became a distributor for the OES line of crimp force monitors, lazer profilers & circuit analyzers. By putting both products together, Mecal and OES, T.S.R. realized that there was a market for a single source company to provide wire harness equipment to the industry. During the next four years, T.S.R. has worked towards creating a single source for the wire harness industry. This allows T.S.R.'s customers to make one call to get all the equipment that is needed to produce a wire harness. With this philosophy T.S.R. has grown with their customers. T.S.R. currently has an office in Eastport Michigan, (pictured above) and one in Southern Californa. They also have a distributor in El Paso Texas, as well as qualified manufacturer reps in most of North America.

A Note From Tim Paczesny:

I have worked very hard to find and hire individuals that have extensive technical backgrounds in the Wire Harness Industry & personnel that provide superior customer service. The idea behind this is to give this knowledge and superior customer service back to our customers. We work hard on selling "on purpose". This meaning that we will work with our customers to find the machine or process that will best benefit their company, whether it is reducing set-up times, or reducing down time in equipment.

Please explore our website and see if there is any equipment that would benefit your company. Thank you for your interest in T.S.R. and feel free to contact us through the "contact us" section of the web site.

Thank you,
Tim & Susan Paczesny
